Why I admire Claire Robertson
She just happens to be living in one of my most favorite countries in the world… but more importantly, I am just such a huge fan of her work, her style and her writing.
Keep it up!

Oh, a whole year. That could take a while. So for now I’ll just post the “gloss-over” version.
I spent 2005 gestating from the beginning to just about the end. The rest of the year was spent in complete and utter “my baby is so adorable I could die” trance.
First year as an official homeschool mother. Went off without too much of a hitch. Successful enough at it that we thought we’d give it another go this year.
Moved out of crummy, dark, yardless, tiny, depressing, horrible, filthy, old, run-down, nasty and mouldy townhouse with transient creepy neighbors.
Moved in to beautiful, big, bright, well-maintained, ocean-front, full-property with garden house, in a real neighborhood with real nice and friendly neighbors. Who don’t get arrested, cuffed and taken away by policemen in front of my children, ever. What a bonus.
Turned 32, I think.
Watched my toddler blossom from toddling 2 year old to 3 year old so-much-more-capable-of-everything preschooler.
First year as a blogging mama. There’s no looking back now.
